Daniel Herrin founded Herrin Law in 2009 after watching his own father get billed $5,500 in the first month of a lawsuit — with almost nothing to show for it. As a young associate, Daniel got involved and settled the same case in three weeks.
That experience proved that hourly billing rewards inefficiency and that fixed fees force attorneys to actually communicate and move cases forward. Every decision at Herrin Law flows from that principle.
Daniel grew up in Midland, Texas. He studied Management Information Systems at the University of Oklahoma before earning his law degree at Texas A&M. That MIS background is why Herrin Law doesn't run on memory and good intentions — it runs on systems, measurement, and accountability.
He's married to Allison and is the father of three kids. He takes case outcomes personally — because he understands what's actually at stake when a family is dealing with financial crisis.
